Welcome To Springdale Golf Club

WELCOME to scenic Springdale Golf Club! Nestled into the beautiful landscape and historic architecture of Princeton University and Princeton Theological Seminary, Springdale Golf Club was formed in 1895, establishing it as one of the first private clubs in New Jersey. In 2007, we opened our brand new clubhouse after moving from the original building - once a farmhouse (c. 1860) gifted to the club from the Princeton Class of 1886. 

A true golfer's club for players of all ages, Springdale's 18-hole golf course dates back to 1915 and was designed by Gerard Lambert, then revised in 1926 by William Flynn. Known for its superior conditions and playability, our walkable par 71 course is 6,380 yards from the blue tees, with a course rating of 70.5 and a slope of 131. Now managed by Troon Prive, our Full members receive access to global golf and experience benefits at nearly 300 Troon-managed private, resort, and daily fee facilities. We are proud of our heritage and continued contribution to our surrounding Princeton community. Springdale Golf Club serves as the home course for the Princeton University Men's and Women's golf teams, and we offer a reciprocal arrangement with the Nassau Swim Club.

Springdale Golf “Live” is our club’s radio show for the golf and sports enthusiast. Hosted by our very own Head Golf Professional, Keith Stewart, this show reveals how fun it can be to play golf in Princeton and be a member of Springdale Golf Club.
